Purdys is a New York town half an hour west of Ridgefield.
Purdy's Farmer and the Fish is a terrific restaurant.
We sat at the table on the porch to the right of the flag.
The restaurant occupies the Purdys Homestead, a 1775 farmhouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

This place does love to cover the yard with flowers. Looks great in your photos. Hope the food was as good as the place looks.
