Community Center

This house was built for Phineas Lounsbury in 1896.  Lounsbury was Connecticut's 53rd governor.  The house is on Main Street at the southern edge of Ridgefield's downtown.  Today it is an event space.

What an impressive looking house. So glad it still has a purpose for the community. Jack, thank you for your recent comments on my posts. Always good to hear from you. If you send me your email address, I can send you a more personal note I don't want on our blogs. 1605jeff@gmail.com
