You have probably posted a photo of a passageway much like this, haven't you? Equally spaced columns. Lines converging in the distance. Maybe the play of light and shadow? Your eye was caught by the patterns and the geometry.
Me too.
University of Hartford, last summer.

This is not original, but it looks lovely ! I like the light and red bricks.
You got perspective perfect in this shot. And yes I have tried the same shot many times.
Yes, I've done this shot on various occasions. But this is very well done! Were you doing remedial work at the University? Heh, heh!
it's so clear with this image that we're not in the netherlands anymore.
I love this shot, Jack, regardless of how man times I've seen it! Love the composition and, yes, you are definitely home again!! Have a great week!
You are right - we all love this kind of shot and your image proves that it is always a good one!
And the reflections.
But why is there always a bin just there in the middle?
I like and have taken photos such as this.
Yes, I have posted something like this and I always like the symmetry of this kind of pictures.
Hey Jack, if it works..go with it. U of H, looking good!
Maybe not original, but always beautiful, Jack!
Nifty image. It reminds me of a similar scene outside the White House.
I have. And I'm glad you did it and if you post one more that is also fine.
I just took some photos like this at two California missions. Who can resist?

I don't thin I have taken a shot like this...but I'd like too. :)
Not original, no, but still effective - and no two are ever the same anyway, even of the same place.
I think photographers can't resist that kind of opportunity. Beautiful shot.
