Out of the Jurisdiction: Oslo

Got here late yesterday afternoon, so I am just getting my bearings.  Staying on Tjuvholmen (Thief Island), where the big thing is the Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art,
designed by Renzo Piano.

Lots of public art, including next to a high tower for brave divers -- and less brave divers
whose friends taunt them until diving is a better option than climbing down.

Maybe tomorrow I will know more about that interesting building behind the boats.

And this one.

Jack you are off to a good start with your photos of Oslo. Looks like Disney has set the standard of how the Dwarfs should look.

Those are some wonderful photos Jack! Perfect timing for that high diver.

You can't really look brave jumping off the high board any more; little Chinese girls on the Olympics do it so much better!

Wow! What an interesting place. Gorgeous shots. The Museum of Modern Art is a fine work of art itself.

It is art by Pushwagner over there. And there are some nice restaurants around the area. Enjoy Oslo.
