I love stone crab claws! On Oct. 15, I'm ready for 'em. But, the past couple of years they've been $39/pound. So….it's become a love I can do without. I noticed John's Pass in Pinellas County started a Stone Crab Festival this year too.
Many years ago, early in my career, I attended a legal conference in Miami Beach. A group of us went to Joe's Stone Crab. OMG. Thanks for stirring up a nice memory.

You captured a bit of everything here Jack, portraits and foot, but my fav is the boy in the bubble, I want to do that :)
I would really enjoy an event like this!
The portrait of "red beard" is excellent.
Lot's of activities to enjoy along with those crabs.
There seem to be so many things going on down there, Jack!
The climbing wall would draw me in!

Great captures of the event, though I must tell you that nothing compares to Dungeness crabs, named for our region...
Fun way to start the festival season.
