St. Joseph Catholic Church, Winsted

Looking for some fall foliage, I drove through Winsted, Connecticut, a small city west of Hartford.

There are some fine old churches on the main drag.  This is the Catholic church, St. Joseph.

Nice angle Jack and the tree is looking like autumn with its colour beginning to change.

Cathedral-like in its proportions. Such a lovely tree too.

I was baptized at a St. Joseph's but in Boston, I think. Lovely picture.

That tree is just coming into its prime colors. And that's quite a magnificent church, too. Nice pairing.
