A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
This is so pretty, not only the place and the buildings, but the light and shade is just great too.
this is such a pretty scene jack! love the light and shadows :)
A lovely photo of a well-maintained structure. Is there a weather vane on the roof; I cannot enlarge photo enough to see it.
So pretty and everything looks so perfect and neat.
I can see those hints of fall in this shot.
I like these red barns very very much !
Good looking barns and outbuildings. So many barns are disappearing from the countryside these days, it is good to see one being maintained.
That barn looks like a little piece of Scandinavia, Jack!
Good looking barn, nice light and shadows on the area. Makes this an outstanding New England image. I remember seeing some barns similar to this in Maine.
A pretty scene!
Whoever first had the idea of painting barns red deserves eternal praise; it's difficult to understand why anyone would paint them any other colour.
That seems so New England to me. The buildings, even working buildings, look so tidy and proper.
