Here is a collection of "almost black and white" photographs that I could not give a day of their own.
Two photographs from Lake Trafford.
Two paddle boarders on the Imperial River in Bonita Springs shortly after sunset.
Yes, I know that it was the current Pope who said dogs can also go to heaven,
but you take the photographs you are presented.
Venetian Village in Naples.
Tired of monochrome and looking for some color? OK.
On my way to a holiday party in a high-rise tower in Naples,
I turned the corner and found these chairs near the elevator.
No, they don't suit my decor but I want them anyways.

That dog, sleeping at peace in the middle of the room, is adorable. Great shots Jack.

What a variety of photos today! I love it. And, I love those chairs too. What great fabric.
Knowing this Pope's(saint or not) thinking, he might have said, 'there's a special place for pets, but maybe not the real Heaven' or not. Ha!
A nice eclectic collection of photos. My fave is the two paddleboarders! Good shooting!
The dog looks quite knackered. Beautiful shots, Jack!
I love the pic with the dog and the pope! I want that fabric!
I don't like the chairs, but I love the fabric! The shot with the paddlers on the water is fantastic... well they're all good! But I like that one especially. :)
Those chairs certainly are colourful!! :))
I love the paddle boarders...
I couldn't imagine those chairs in my house but I wouldn't mind settling into one somewhere with an eggnog latte.
Lovely selection of random shots. That little area with those chairs and the matching picture looks really inviting, though I can't imagine anyone wanting to sit long in an elevator lobby.
Colorful chairs and such a cute dog!! Love it!! And, yes, the computer is back up again and guess who did most of the work??? Yep, this old broad!!
Nice shots Jack.
I like your virtuoso 'almost' monochrome, and also your last colorful shot.
Love that first image Jack - wonderful capture of the duck's feathers and sparkling water. Thank you for the marvellous shots you've shared with us this year. Wishing you and yours a Christmas you will cherish.
Is there a thread here that I'm missing? Did any of the birds ever land on the chairs?
