Looks like one can construct anything from Lego.

When we were kids, my brother and I used to built Lego towers that touched the ceiling of or room. Yes, we had many pieces, my brother is now a mechanical engineer, and sometimes the towers came crashing down...

Quite incredible what can be done with these things. I'm curious, though, as to who decided on LEGO sculptures rather than more traditional materials? And why? Perhaps to attract more youth?

Incredible ! He must use some glue or something to get such equilibrium!
I like that the colors of the birds match with the lovely flowers..

That's a LOT of LEGO bricks! It looks to be extremely well crafted too.

It is another amazing sculpture and so colorful -- not to mention that these " Lego" ones are really different and clever! Fun shots, Jack! Hope you have a fun, colorful weekend as well!!!

How amazing. I saw a few pictures recently where people have repaired walls with Lego just to make them look fun and colourful.

I do not intend to detract from the artistry of your photographs, but I wish that the hummingbirds that we see in Costa Rica and Arizona were as easy to photograph as the Lego hummingbird in your photos.

That is amazing work, getting sculptures like this assembled!

Ha! Lego World is not for me. If he knew the words he wouldn't be humming.

So I guess these guys get paid to play with Legos!
Much easier to photograph than the real thing. I have hundreds of failed attempts.

I wonder how many people worked on that sculpture?

These are just so impressive.

This hummingbird is static. Real ones are are almost fluid. But if art imitates life this does a pretty good job.

Oh, man. I think this is super. I love Legos! And flowers! Thanks, Jack.

Its fab Jack, would be nice and easy to snap that hummingbird without having to catch it before it zips off :)
