A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida and southern New England and other places he goes.
It keeps them out of trouble.
I used to be able to dunk.On the 8 foot baskets at the elementary school behind the house where I grew up.
I never played b-ball like this. But my siblings and I did sometimes enjoy a game of horse. :)
The soccer pitch at the school outside my window is very popular there will always be people there playing.
And thank goodness for that hey Jack, it's very comforting to know some things will always stay the same :)
Any team sport is fun to watch and fun to play.
good for them getting out and being active!
It's a good thing to get away from the computer screen for some exercise.
It is comforting to know that some people, somewhere, still do the things that we did back in the days of yore!! Great shot for the day as always, Jack! Hope your week is going well!
Ah, the good ol' days. As a child, if I wasn't reading something, I was outside being actively engaged in a variety of things. It's kinda sad to see a teenager spend all day in his room looking at a little (or large) screen!
Good for them, but I sleep a lot, completely unconnected!
There is hope :).
At least some of them are outside playing.
We all need to get up out of our chairs more often!
Good to see kids ( and big kids) out on the field. Great for mind and body.
A very dynamic shot, Jack.
This leads me to wonder: is this now considered "retro?" And I wonder if they're disappointed when nothing lights up when they score.
Always a fun way to spend the day.
