Out of the Jurisdiction: Harrisonburg, Virginia

The frost arrived overnight in Connecticut.  I hit the road this morning for Florida and took the western path into New York State on Route 84 before turning south on Route 81 through Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and finally western Virginia.

I arrived in Harrisonburg as the sun went down.  I had to explore the downtown in the dark.
Asbury United Baptist Church on South Main Street is an old-fashioned church with
a nicely lighted stained glass window.

Onward tomorrow.  I am aiming for Savannah.

The church is a beautiful one. Safe travels for the rest of your way south.

What a lovely window. There are some advantages to a night walk. Hope you have a safe journey south, snowbird.
