Gunther

Gunther is a scientist with a Ph.D. in things about viruses that I don't understand.
He and his wife were born in Vienna.
They moved to the USA for Gunther to pursue post-doctoral studies.
Before retiring, he was an executive at a Massachusetts biotech company.

Gunther is a talented runner, swimmer, cyclist and photographer, and a healthy eater.
I hate him.

But, you're a talented photographer, Jack! I like his pose and partial smile. And, while it would've been difficult to plan this, I really like the color of his buttons -- provides a nice accent. P.S.: Did you make it to SRQ?

Jack, don't be jealous of Gunther. He may be intelligent, athletic, and good looking, but you have more hair than he does.

Good and "clean" portrait, Jack!

Hate is strong word, Jack.

I have only one thing in common with Gunther, and (not much) more hair...

Nice portrait.

Now Jack, don't mince words here.
All you need to do is sew on a few orange buttons, get carried away shaving, and, well, hire a trainer and you're on your way. I've found that "retired" can cover a host of other shortcomings.
Great portrait!
