Again!

Yesterday was the UConn women's turn.

The Connecticut women's basketball team went into last night's
national championship game ranked #1 in the country with a record of 39-0.
Notre Dame was #2, also undefeated at 37-0.

UConn 79, Notre Dame 58.  National champions second year in a row.
Second time in ten years that BOTH Connecticut men's and women's teams are national champions.

Sophomore Breanna Stewart was the game's most outstanding player
and the national player of the year.

I was wondering if you would have photos from this game today! Quite an achievement for both teams to win! There must be some great basketball coaches at UCONN and some really talented players.

Forgive me Jack. I'm a southerner and we can't relate to anything but college football. I salute the winning teams here!
