A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
My daughter lives on a lake. Several great blue herons are on her dock all the time. Except when I am there.
But, a few days ago one was there and stayed long enough for me to grab a camera and get into position.
