Ridgefield is fortunate to have the Ridgefield Playhouse, where national acts (like Mary Chapin Carpenter, Jay Leno, Art Garfunkel in recent months), movies and local arts group all take the stage.
The Peter and Paul part of Peter Paul and Mary will perform in a week. Mary Travers died and was buried 14 years ago in Redding, the small town immediately to the east of Ridgefield.
