Naples Botanical Garden
Many parts of the Garden are densely planted and groomed. Those are the areas most guests visit. In a recent visit I went instead to the more natural areas. Beautiful.
Quite a difference from the botanical gardens in Hartford CT! Wild or natural FL looks so impenetrable...I am always amazed how the early explorers must have needed to chop their way through palmettos and lived with mosquitoes!

A very relaxing walk no doubt.
That is a great part of the Garden, Jack! Not what I would expect at all.
You made the right choice for a place to walk, but I am sure you watched carefully for wildlife.
A beautiful and peaceful place.
