Anhingas

 The more I photograph birds in southwest Florida, the more I learn.

The anhingas with black bodies and white wing details are male.

Females and juveniles have light brown necks and chests and black below.

When I lived in Gainesville FL I saw them drying out al the time, and never noticed the difference. Glad to know!
