we have one nearby too! i was so excited to see it...i went to drop a book off and pick one up but there wasn't anything that was my reading style so i've got a couple more to drop off and maybe the inventory has changed...these are so neat!
That's a very neat little construction. We have several mini-libraries near here, mostly in old telephone boxes which are no longer used for that purpose now that everyone has a phone in their pocket.

I think these are so cool! None in MY neighbourhood but I have seen a few here north of Toronto. It's a great idea.
nice
They are pretty cool and a comforting sign when you discover them.
A very good idea, but it won't work here...
I love these. We have a bunch around the neighborhood.
That library resides in a well-crafted building too!
These are SO terrific and what a great idea!! Wish we had some of those here in Portland!! Hope your week is going well, Jack!! Enjoy!!

I've just discovered another one near me! It's always a treat to check out the inventory!

I've seen one in my neighbourhood recently!
Thanks to evidence I have seen in City Daily Photo blogs, I am convinced that these free libraries are popping up all over the world. Fabulous!
That's a nice one.
What a good idea. I hope it is well used.
Nice! There is one just on my street, but it's a phone-booth sized thing. I should get a picture of it, but it's almost always occupied with a queue!
What a great idea... plan to do the same. Is it in your area?
I do sooooo wish I could find something like this!
These might work in Ocala. Not a chance in south Florida. The whole box would be stolen in 13 seconds.
