Chancel
The pews and kneelers in the nave of the Trinity College Chapel do not have all of the carvings. These are some of the carvings in the chancel. The animals in the circles form a "bestiary."
I must learn not to jump to conclusions. So happy that you are continuing this series; it's too beautiful to ignore. I wonder hpw many carvers/artisans worked on these carvings?

I am not ready to be done with this place, I hope there is much more. I remember when you first started this series, you said we were in for a treat, how true.
