Blooming But Battered

It is near peak bloom in the Elizabeth Park rose garden.  But, rain has been heavy and the blooms
took a beating.  It won't take much more than three or four sunny days to recover.







Even with recent rain and more in the forecasts, the garden was full of visitors.

I loved the shot of the mom taking a photo of the baby on a rose colored blanket, next to rose petals on the ground! And you captured a bee in the rose too!

Lots of sun and the rain soaked soil will help them recover. Looks like everyone is enjoying them anyway.

You obviously had a productive time in the garden. The flowers are still beautiful.
