Sun Bather

A big alligator found a good place to sun bathe near the 18th tee box.
I came back with a camera and a long lens.

I've heard of water hazards but that's a whole new dimension.

Wonderful shots Jack. They always appear to be smiling to me.

I hope it was a very long lens.

I'm glad you used a long lens, Jack!

What lovely big teeth this gator has. He is smiling since he knows you are taking his picture. Captan Hook needs to watch out for this guy.

How fast can you/they run?

Wow, what a photo! He's an incredible looking creature up close. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it at all. A long lens is very handy in these kind of situations. :)

Sorry but I can't imagine myself living anywhere populated by prehistoric looking creatures with jaws and appetites like that. Peaceful coexistence with lizards and geckos are about as far as I can take it.
