Curt

Curt was outside his real estate office enjoying some fresh air.  I asked him about how business is.
(I am neither buying nor selling . . . just curious.)

Sales are up considerably from a year ago, surprisingly so after Irma.
Buyers are looking for new construction, so a lot of the activity is in East Naples.

Good to know that business is booming. Seems the economy is doing okay just now.

The cold up north is probably driving more people down to the warmer climes!

Always good when business picks up, and he looks happy!

Lots of Baby Boomers looking to retire in the Sunshine State.

My wife and I often look at the postings in realtor's offices when we travel. We are usually horrified by the prices. I wish this man and all business-people well but I can't imagine us leaving our home area.

This is a surprise but I guess people convince themselves that natural disasters won't hit again. And we all seem to have short memories.
