Looks very much like an old legal building in downtown St. Paul.. Happy that some communities have had sense enough to keep these architectural wonders standing. This one looks like the interior is definitely worth seeing.

That's very pretty. Those are unexpected colors for a state capitol...though I couldn't tell you what other colors I'd expect in their place. This looks a little like a decorated confection of some sort.
