Renovations
A tired strip mall on Vanderbilt Beach Road has just finished renovations. The owner added some new color-block façades and unifying canopies and signage. It looks pretty good now.
Small strip malls are fine for small neighbourhoods with no individual stores; however, I prefer areas that have a number of independent stores clustered together within blocks of one another, like St. Paul's Grand Avenue. The one you feature today looks very inviting.

It looks like there are a lot of bikes available there for touring the area!
More often than not an owner will just tear down and start over. I like the result.

It does look good to me. Nice improvements.
Strip mall... I don't know if we have them. Certainly it's not a term we use here in UK. This one looks very smart now.
It looks like they've gotten a lot of bang for the buck.
