The Spampinato Brothers
Joey Spampinato (left, with hair) was a founding member of NRBQ, an acclaimed rock band from the 1960s that played a blend of rock, jazz, blues and rockabilly. His brother Johnny (right, with cap) joined NRBQ a couple of decades later. Today, The Spampinato Brothers play an active small venue concert schedule, mainly in the northeast. They played recently in West Hartford's Blueback Square as part of the summertime music series, "A Little Thursday Night Music."

Very nice shot Jack!
Awesome shot Jack! Marshall on the drums! He is the "temporary" drummer...for past year+ and loving it!
I bet that was a fun event.
I like your 'outward' view here Jack..you don't often see the audience :)
Fun and loud, I'd bet Any room for dancing? Best part of summer is outdoor events.
The Italian roots of these guys are easy to guess... I like your way of getting at them from behind!
A very smart drummer, with a fan... it was very hot, I suppose.
Nice to see a different perspective on the performers - good light, too. Did you happen to have a backstage pass?
Did you walk back to the audience side after taking this brilliant shot?
Ah, a brilliant shot indeed and I have the same question as Ciel!! Have a great weekend, Jack!
Cool shot Jack! A blast from the past.
Interesting POV here Jack. I like it. I also like the three heads with different "dos"!

I agree with Virginia. I like that POV!
Unusual perspective. Rock on!
A different POV than usual, but it works quite well.
Had to smile at the fan and drink in the fore-ground Jack .... must have been a hot day.
I love the stage viewpoint! It looks a perfect summer scene (and how amazing/terrific they continue to play).
I like outdoor music events.
It is nice to hear them at street corners. They do play some real good music.
