There are quite a lot of interesting aspects to this mural but, the girl sitting atop is they real eye-catcher. Wonderful.

Had to look twice at the girl, a lovely flourish. Who is the person on the black bit? It looks a bit like HM the Queen from here!
Lots going on in this mural. The girl's dangling legs are perfect. Makes you do a double-take.
I agree with many others, there is much to see. I enlarged and the other girl and boy are also interesting, but the one on the roof is by far a stand out. I love the compass which I assume is correct.
It took me the longest time to realize she was not real. Duh. Is the mural's landscape a depiction of the Litchfield area? You know, the linky to Monday Mural is still open. (hint);)
I've been to Torrington. My father's boss lived there. I really like the design of the mural and I'd enjoy seeing it straight on.
