Strasbourg's La Petite France (Little France) district is a beautiful neighborhood featuring picturesque half-timbered houses, often with balconies and nearby waterways.

Great view of this lovely place, Jack!
how lovely.
Ah, Strasbourg! I hope the Christmas market was already open when you were there, it's the most beautyful french one!
You travelled so far for a nice reflection! The things you endure for us in the blogosphere. Hope you had a good trip.
Gorgeous reflections Jack, I remember this from when I was in Strasbourg a few years ago, I remember it was FREEZING!!Hope it was a bit warmer for you.
Lovely place, great reflection!
It's a gorgeous place and such a lovely photo:)
I think I would love roaming these streets!
Waterways and canals always seem to make a city extra special. Great reflections...even with crossbar timbers!
Very nice Jack!
We bought a few things at the Strasburg Christmas market about 10 years ago. We were delighted to find that it remained open for several days after Christmas, unlike some of the Chriskindle markets in Germany that seem to close up right after Christmas.
beautiful reflection. I noticed the antennae, you do not see those in the States much.
BEAUTIFUL! Looks picture~postcard perfect!
You're after my heart today Jack. This is too perfect.
Bon weekend,

Nicely done, Jack! Rather different architecture than what you'll find in Florida, heh?
I adore timbered buildings! These are so nice. :)
Oh it is really pretty
So gorgeous! You remain king of the reflections for sure.
A fabulous shot!
I spy, I spy... le marché de Noël ! Strasbourg's Christmas market is a bit too crowded for my liking though!
I didn't know Strasbourg was so pretty.
Great shot! Looks like Christmas Market booths on the right. This was one of my original destinations when I started planing my trip. I really want to go there someday.
Just charming. Never been to Strasbourg but the architecture looks very German. It is sort of a border town, isn't it?
What an amazing view!
Beautiful scene; beautiful town.
Simply stunning scene!
Great reflections! So beautiful!
I want to go there!

Bises et à bientôt, Jack****
Tremendous European tour you've done.
Wonderful reflection for today's theme and a great photo of a beautiful place.
Indeed. We had some vin chaud at one of the stalls there. The square is called Place Benjamin Zix, and the building in the middle of your photo, la maison des tanneurs, is about 600 years old
