Weekend Reflections: A Hot Photographer

So, what happened here?  I shot through a window into a bistro with a blazing oven.  The flame is all that can be seen from inside.  The rest is reflected back from the window.

Well, at least you are keeping your head out of the sun while your face is in the fire... clever shot.

Regina is funny...

This captures your mood quite well. My favorite shot of myself reflected in a window was from the terrace of the resort in Papeete, Tahiti, with the window making the sea and skies of the South Pacific an even deeper blue, and the island of Moorea in the distance. A very different scene than you blazing oven on a hot summer day.

Too cool, Jack! Well, not really 'cause you're cool. So I'll say the truth--this photo is awesome! Like you.

Sometimes our photos don't work out as planned. This one still has a neat effect. Thanks for the comments, things are winding down a bit.

Haha! I'm laughing at RedPat's "hot-shot" remark. I was going to say you look like hot stuff but I didn't want you to take that the wrong way so remember - you did NOT read that here. :)

Fantastic reflection, it sure has me looking over and over to figure out what conditions existed and what techniques would need to be used to produce such a shot. You are one hot shot photographer :D
