A Surprise at the Old State House

A two-headed calf?

A museum of oddities occupied the top floor of the State House back in 1800.  A featured oddity was a calf with two heads.

When the Old State House was renovated, they recreated the exhibitions of the museum.  A farmer in Michigan donated this two-headed calf to the exhibition, to replace the long-lost original two-headed calf.

So, does the seat of government in your state or country have anything stuffed and two-faced?  Other than the legislators?

Jack, you beat me to the punch line! Stuffed and two-faced, indeed! I think that everyone might say this about their politicians... I am not sure what is in our state house but I do not think that it is a two-headed calf...

Welcome to Monday!

Interesting point here! I think it's better say nothing about legislators now! :)
And about here in Europe, I'm almost a tourist! LOL

I'll have to make a trip downtown to the Florida Capitol to see what I can find (other than the legislators and our new governor of course)!

We have two capitol buildings, the old historic one and a new one. I have never really been in the new one b/c it's only open during office hours when I work! The historic one has wax figures of real-fake senators and such. But I haven't seen any strange exhibits like this!

Very odd indeed!

If it exists in humans, why shouldn't it exist in cows? It does look weird though.

Hahaha, I love this post. Too funny. It does look a bit strange. Maybe they should place the oddities at the polling places during elections to draw out more voters. It's the type of gimmick that just might work.

For a second there I thought my god I am really wiped out. Poor thing. I am taking a beginning Adobe Flash class. It's going to be a challenge.

This is very strange, politicians apart we don't have anything like that...
