The Naples Botanical Garden has a show honoring the Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo.
Scattered around the garden were large figures drawn from her works. Butterfly, hummingbird, parrot.
Frida Kahlo and her husband Diego Rivera lived in a house painted in rich blue and dark terra cotta.
There were informative displays concentrated in this area.
"I paint flowers so they will not die."

I can see that drawing visitors.
I would love walking through this garden. I've always been a fan of Frida. She was a great artist, but had a hard life.
That would be wonderful to see, Jack.
I'd enjoy exploring that.
What a great idea...and I love those 3 bird sculptures too!
I'd love to see that exhibit. We visited Kahlo and Rivera's house in Mexico City years ago.
I have read a lot about her over the years, nice tribute to the artist.
