Good for the theme, Jack. The old elegant dinnerware has certainly gone out of style unfortunately.
Good idea, and you are right. I can't remember the last time we got ours out.
We can't even sell them in the thrift store.
Just drag one of those out and have something nice to drink out of it. Yes, I know many older people who are despairing of what to do with the nice china and crystal. Their kids don't want it. I'm of their age, but didn't want any at the time and now I'm glad. Still, it's nice to have a pretty glass to drink from.
yes, its the same here, all of my vintage crystal is still packed away in boxes
