I certainly recognized the Irish step dancers. When I had a couple of classes visit the retirement center to perform, they told of some girls who went to an international competition. They not only have to wear that kind of embroidered dress, but must wear long wigs if they can't provide their own hair! Beautiful dancers all!

Yes, the first ones are Irish dancers. The straight arms always give it away for me.

I agree with the previous comments about the Irish Step Dancers. The second dancers look Latin America, but like you, I don't know.
