A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
The pandemic has made it easier for Humane societies to find homes for their animals. BTW, it was a Humane Society's rules for the care of animals in NY state that were applied to the care of children in the early 20th Century.
That's a good idea.
A rescue makes the best pet. We have had several through the years.
