Hartford's Old State House has appeared here several times before. It is worth showing it again,
because Sunday was a beautiful day with clear blue skies and just occasional puffs of clouds,
the light was perfect, there were very few people walking around,
and I was able to time my shot between the passing cars.
Update: The Old State House was the home of the legislature. It was replaced in the 1870s by a much larger State Capitol building. Today it is mainly a museum and event space.

Jack, exactly what is a state house? Court house? Administration building? Whatever its function, it certainly is stately and beautiful.
It's a beauty, Jack!
That is a fine looking old state house building. Hope it is still in use for state offices.
