A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
Some are more decorative than others but each one does a good job of dressing up the entrance. A great way to welcome visitors.
They all serve to make the entrances inviting. Nice idea for a series, jack!
What a great variety. I love seeing flowers near the doors of homes.

Good that people take the trouble to add a little colour to their entrance. I didn't plant any containers this year. It's too dry and they take so much watering.
Quite a variety of shapes to each.
