Out of the Jurisdiction: Grand Cascade, Peterhof

An admirer of France and Versailles, Peter the Great ordered his architects and artists to create a palace and grand cascade of fountains even greater, on the Gulf of Finland outside St. Petersburg.

Just enjoy it.  If you want some facts, you can google Peterhof.

the palace and fountains are beautiful. I would think Peter the Great was pleased with the outcome too.

Oh, how I'd like to visit there. I've read about the grandeur, and also the condition of the ordinary people. We're sitting in O'Hare, on our way to Amsterdam.
