The best female golfers in the world have been in Naples this week for the year's last tournament.
Julieta Granada of Paraguay leads the field going into the last round today.
Morgan Pressel (Florida) is in second place.
And Michelle Wie (Hawaii) and Sandra Gal (Germany) are in contention.
Tiburon is a Greg Norman golf course. It is part of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort.

I remember watching Michelle Wie on TV, playing in a few tournaments when she was only 14 years old.

Nice photos, Jack! Looks like a lovely area. When I lived in Michigan, I attended a LPGA tournament every year and always enjoyed it. By the way, are you trying to compete against the SDP staff for sports coverage? We could just divvy it up -- you take golf….we'll take tennis.

I don't associate Paraguay and golf. I guess the rich take their pleasures everywhere. Plus, my attitude toward the game is like Mark Twain's, who described it a "a good walk spoiled."
