I was driving along Gordon Drive, one of Naples' most exclusive streets,
in search of a mansion or two visible from the street. I thought you might like to see one.
But, the wonderful periwinkle blue of this house caught the corner of my eye, so I stopped and
walked back with my camera. Not a mansion, but very nice.

I could live here. If I had a gardener.

Such a beautiful and well kept place.
Looks to me like you would need a guide with a machete just to get to the front door. ;-)
I'd describe it as a fairy-tale house. It is absolutely lovely, and I bet that the owners have a gardner or they are young and have good knees!!
oh my gosh, i absolutely love this place!!!
I would need a gardener too! So picturesque!
I could live there without any problem at all. Although I agree, I would need a gardener. Beautiful!
Very nice Jack. Thank you so much for sharing your memories of visiting DC.
Naples does have some very beautiful homes. I could live here, too, with or without gardener. But without would mean less golf, so I think I'll stay where I am! :)
Yes, routine stuff.
So neat and tidy and very graceful. That blue really does attract the eye. Charming fences and gate :D)
You are probably right about the gardener, but it is a very nice house even without!
wow! lush and beautiful!
thanks for linking in to good fences!
Lush and beautiful it is and so colorful! Terrific capture for the day as always, Jack! Hope you are gearing up for a great weekend!!
It really is beautiful. It makes me think of Key West but, I guess that really isn't that far away.
What a sweet home and I do love that picket fence wandering through the front yard.
A chocolate box photo of a pretty home and matching garden
It's a lovely, pretty house.
Beautiful photographs, Jack!
I could also live here, I have a gardener... :)
That would beat any mansion in my book, Jack!
I wasn't surprised that you didn't like the modern addition I showed. ;-))
This would also fit in nicely in Key West!
Very typical Naples abode and I am sure they have a gardener or two.
Nice shots.
What a cute house!
Not bad...
I agree, I could live there but a gardener would be a must or all those lovely plants would soon turn brown and wither.
Nice to look at. Well kept.
This is how I remember the old, historic Florida. Beautiful, well maintained house and gardens in your photo.
It is adorable! I love those doors on the second level.
Looks like a gingerbread house in April. Lovely color. I would need a gardener, too.
Wow, that is a colorful home.
Wow....that looks like a garden magazine cover. Picture perfect!
My goodness, what a show-stopper. I can see why it caught your eye. It almost looks like something out of a fairy tale. Your shots have really done it justice.
It looks like a house in a moviescene, so perfect. They must have a gardener for sure.
Ihad a look at those mansions Jack, and I would much rather have this cute blue cottage. It's oozing charm!

What beautiful and charming home. Love the gates.
Oh YES I could live here - but my extra requirement would be sea views. That in my eyes is far more important than the size of the house.
Charming! If that other structure is a mother-in-law suite, and the property abuts the Gulf, it's perfect! I agree with you about the gardner. Gotta have the right gardner or it's a deal breaker.
