Time Machine Hobby is a huge toy store in Manchester, Connecticut. It is the kind of place where adult men drag their kids along, to provide an excuse for the dad to play with toy trains and cars and other reminders of lost youth. In addition to multiple train layouts, there is also at least one layout for model cars and buildings.

The world in miniature is so perfect, I would love to visit this store. The little car is gorgeous and the building facades are realistic!

I would have thought I died and went to heaven if I had seen this place when I was a kid...loved model cars and trains and planes!
This has to be fun to see, especially for dad!

Oh, what fun! And what a great shot for the day, Jack! I, too, love that red convertible! Did you have a good time?? Hope your week is going well!

This depicts an earlier, simpler era, when a red convertible could drive on the wrong side of the road without being ticketed.
Are mums allowed to? I LOVE it!!!!!
Terrific close-up. I love the little guy wheeling the keg.
I'm a miniature worlds maker, so I'd like very much to visit this one, to get some inspiration; That's the kind of place I love!

I would love to visit there. When I was a kid my dad was heavy into model trains and had his own set up in the basement. He even wrapped up train cars for each of us as our x-mas gifts one year. lol
