Monochrome
These are from Florida. Bonita Springs has an excellent outdoor art show. There was loads of color, of course, but sometimes the absence of color caught my attention.
You are a sepia maniac. My sister-in-law and her husband live in Bonita Springs. Twenty years ago Bonita Springs was nothing but a few shops and gas stations. Oh, and a dog track.
Gosh they're gorgeous Jack, I love the one in the middle, the tree with sun rays behind it. Would not mind that one hanging somewhere in my house at all!
What a terrific, different display! Really striking and what a terrific capture, Jack! It made me think of sand and beaches, too, which since it's in Florida is not unusual i guess! Have a great day!
as you could guess, i usually like a lot of color. i have walls painted asian red and deep eggplant in the house (and they do look good). anyway, these are some great looking art and I love art of all types

Very interesting that you looked for a monochrome - and a good one! - in a colourful place.
God bless you!

Subtle but striking - a hard thing to achieve.

Beautiful soft natural colourings with the most gorgeous textures and designs ......I like this a lot!
So original! Very eye-catching shot.
The composition is fabulous! I thrive on color. Photos like yours are the eyes' version of palate cleansing.
They remind me of beaches there. I want to walk in that sand today.
The man's attire fits in well with your choice of artwork. Interesting how the art holds nature as its topic.
These pieces of art look as though they belong on a beach art show.
I wonder what they are made of but I like the subdued effect.
Very beautiful work!
I think these would catch my eye too. I like the natural look of them.

I'm with Birdman: it makes me think of sand. What is it made with? wool, yarn?It seems to be very soft. And so Creative!
Isn't art grand. I'm always amazed by the variety of things you see at these types of art fairs. It is truly amazing.

I love craft fairs! The artist almost blends in with the tent behind her.
I love them! I wonder what are they made of?
very nice, looks like an interesting exhibit!
They certainly have some wonderful art shows in Florida in winter. I love the Corkscrew park near there!

These have such a visual appeal, even with those muted tones.
Wonderful shot and capture of monochrome. I guess that your eagle-eye did not see that tiny bit of rouge? The one that I think implies "no photos"?

Um, color and thematic variety, too. We got monochrome here just cause it's gray, gray, gray.
Monochrome art from FLorida? That is so sad...
Very beautiful art work, Jack. Thanks for sharing, even if it was not permitted to photograph here :))
They really did dress for the occasion!!!
Like those colors. It looks like my closet;)
