Hmmmm definitely a bit confusing! I just want to go to the waterfront, particularly on a day with skies like these! Hope you have a fun, terrific week, Jack! Enjoy!
what strikes me in this photo is the different layers of buildings. When I visited Rye, NY, and when poking around the Rye HS (which my mother-in-law attended), I came across a really well done collage of buildings by a photography student - assignment was to match something a famous Spanish painter did...I don't remember the name...I'll send you the photo and the info.

The only choice seems to be to go on the right after stopping..OR to go backward! I choose the river.
let's disobey every sign and still wend our way to the waterfront.
Ups - a bit confusing:)
Have a great time and come back soon!!!
Park the car and walk!
Still, love the colors and composition in your photo Jack.
Whether you 'go this way' or 'stop', just make sure you 'do not enter'.
