A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
But, yesterday I saw a black vulture on a dead tree in good light.
Usually these guys just stay still until flying off.
But, yesterday the black vulture gave me some poses.
We do not have Black Vultures here, only Turkey Vultures in warmer seasons. The Black Vultures are active predators, but the Turkey Vultures are not.
No such bird over here. We call them Gamar.
