Rosie
So far I have seen four or five roseate spoonbills. Their necks are very flexible and they keep moving their heads. Sometimes that produces goofy looks.

This bird is curious about you, and what you are doing with that strange gadget in your hand.
Rather photogenic.
It doesn't help the goofiness to have a big thing on the end of one's nose. Gorgeous feathers aren't a lot of help.
