A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
Makes one wonder if they like being lone hunters, or usually are seen in a flock. He's pretty anyway.

Such a beautiful bird. Hope he finds his own flock.
The first time I saw one of these was in Costa Rica.
He has the look of one who has seen something that cannot be unseen.
