Black-necked Stilt
It is fascinating how many different and interesting birds you can see around here if you look beyond the eagles, ospreys, herons, wood storks, roseate spoonbills and other major league birds.

I have been thinking about buying a 150mm-600mm lens for a bit of bird photography.
The bird-life in Florida is so wonderful. You are lucky to see it all, Jack!
These are pretty birds.
I enjoy watching these guys wading in the water and poking their beaks into the mud.
