My first thought re. the top photo was that it looked like a figure; I like your comparison to a victorious and celebrating child!!

Funny how we see figures and faces in things. It's true, definitely a 'hooray' building.
I'll bet the child/windows are no coincidence. And I wonder if the tree in front is meant to shield its private parts?
