The Little Bar is a quaint restaurant in Goodland. The founder scoured his native Chicago for interesting old buildings being demolished, and constructed the Little Bar with the remnants.
Some tables are made from bowling alleys and some walls are made from organ pipes.

The bar is more than 100 years old. It came from a neighborhood joint in Cicero, Illinois.
The owner has a weakness for nutcrackers.

Except for the large size, it reminds me of an Irish pub. . .photos and lots of do-dads.
I love places like these that feel home.

For a second I thought they were Toby jugs. I like the last shot!
The kind of place I love, full of history and spirit .
Wonderful place!
how neat, he has brought a bit of home with him.
There is a lot of memorabilia collected in that Little Bar.
A great idea for a really nice place, I am glad he saved all this. I had an uncle who collected nutcrackers like these, but he had a few less...
Super interesting 'little bar' Jack, lot's to see here, although.. a fascination for nutcrackers sounds a little painful :)
Great visit to a great bar and so interesting!! You do find the great places, Jack!!
What a fantastic place! So many interesting things to look at. I just love that pink ceiling too!
I love this kind of place, Jack! It might become my 'local' if I lived there.
Looks rather like an English pub. I love places that have lots to look at, especially with a bit of history too.
Love it! It looks like a great place to go. I wish there were more places like this where the owners create an atmosphere rich in history and culture instead of creating impersonal eateries.
If that back bar came from Cicero, then it must have sold beer supplied by Al Capone who lived in Cicero to avoid the Chicago Police. Ah, if that bar could tell stories. We might learn something.
That's a place with a lot of character!
Beautiful old bar.
Oh, Jack! Are you hanging out in bars and pool halls again? What are we going to do with you!?
(Ok, ok. I grant you this one looks interesting, but it's a slippery slope, you know!)
What an interesting place! Love the history behind all the pieces.
What a fun place. Could spend hours looking at everything around me :).
Looks like a very elegant place, love the nutcrackers :)
wow, seems like a very interesting place!!
Hmm…don't think I've ever stopped in there. That old bar looks quite interesting (if one was inclined to belly up for a libation).
