A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
Actually for reasons I don't understand I find this scene a bit on the funny side.
A very cleve shot Jack!
I meant clever shot, clever shot!
Jack, Looks like the beginning of Mother's Day. Looks like a good place to sit and dine, too.
The couple who posed for this sculpture might have been some of the same people who posed for Rodin.
Oh my...terrific scene. So...you're heading back right when the humidity suddenly has been dialed up. Wise man! Glad you revisited your computer backup plan. I can't wait for SDP to be up and running at full speed once again. Safe travels.
I can see it now, a poor parent having to explain that one.
Naples is an italian name, no wonder there's such a statue there , even if it's an american Naples! :o)
Naples is the typical southern Italian city...
Hmmmm, that one makes for interesting dinner companions! Fun one for the day, Jack! Have a safe trip back north!!
Isn't romance grand?Safe trip home to Hartford!
Great shot- safe journey!
Nothing wrong with romance. A perfect subject for Mother's Day. The statue is appropriate for a romantic restaurant. Have a safe trip north. Enjoy the various stages of spring as you go.
That might put me off my dinner!
Ah, they're of the exhibitionist variety, I see...
As long as it's not the chef and your waitress while you're waiting for your grilled prawns. . .Have a safe trip back to CT.
Welcome home, Jack. I think it will stay warm now here in CT.
Ha! I like Randy's comment!
Hilarious! Warmer weather will do that:) Wishing you safe travels.
Damn I'm old. The first association that came to mind was "personal digital assistant," like when everybody had Palm Pilots.
You made me laugh out loud at almost midnight in Perth Jack hahaha!
You are such a prude!
There's a place in South Korea with sculptures that are a lot more explicit than that....
