Ms. Okinga seems like a nice lady. I wonder if you thought that of the lady cop who slipped steel bracelets on you? Hmm? I'll bet you told her you don't look good in bracelets!
Re your comment about living further south: We lived further south in Florida for over 20 years. Further south is hotter in the summer and much more humid. It is also bursting with people and extremely crazy. We used to drive from Ft. Lauderdale to Naples to escape the crowds. Then southwest Florida became as bad as southeast Florida. We escaped north. Now all the buggers from south Florida are moving here to escape the crush and we are being crushed.
Whew! And it was almost 80 yesterday. This week in the 50s at night and about 80 during the day. Perfect golf weather.
Another fun capture for the day, Jack, but I'm not sure this necklace is the one for you -- maybe something a little more conservative, more subtle colors perhaps!! Thanks as always for the smile and giggle to start the day. Hope you have a great one!
Heck, if you can pull off a tie you can manage a necklace! It's just a matter of style. Start with a black or grey turtleneck. Add a simple medallion on a leather chord and/or the hip one-ear diamond stud et voila! Before you know it you'll be making appointments for a monthly tat or piercings. (And they thought our generation was over the top in our day.)

I wouldn't know if you look good with a necklaces. According to your profile photo you have no neck:-)
Ha, ha to Andy's comment! But he's right!

Andy's comment is priceless. Sweet photo.
Why don't you let your followers judge?
My son in law wears an amber necklace and looks fine. It supposedly helps joint pains.
No necklace for me, but she can show me many more...
I wonder what amazes me more, to see the nice necklaces or to notice that this photo was taken in a warm place.
You never know until you try it on, Jack.
Sorry, but I am sure the necklace looks better on her than it would on you.
I'm not sure Jack..I imagine you more in pearls!!
I love necklaces and this one is really charming!

It is a pretty necklace, but it might just be the colors that don't suit you, Jack. Don't give up on all necklaces! :)

I really like that necklace that Virginia is showing you. I would have been tempted to make that purchase.
She looks very happy to show you her necklace, the 1st step is made, Jack ;-)
Oh go on Jack...try one on!
Challenge of 2013: a reflection shot with a necklace.
;-)
It's actually a really nice one and what a smile!
Reflection of yourself, of course...
She looks like such a happy person. I see you with a more detailed and controlled design!
That's a lot of rocks in that necklace. It would likely be too heavy to wear with a camera too. Bet Ms Okinga is a good sales lady.
You might not, but she does.
With such an array of colors, one was bound to match your eyes, Jack.
I'm still laughing at Andy's comment.

Ahh...yes. But did you actually try it on to see if it looked good or not?:)
Andy wins the prize today - you know that diamonds are a girl's best friend... and yours as well?

Cool portrait!
Looks nice!
hahahahaha!
There's wonderful joy both in the photo and in the necklace. I think just wearing it would make you happy.
