Do we really have to discuss economies of scale, man hours vs head count, special tax districts that actually pay for these improvements (educate yourself before you open your yap, Lois), yada-yada-yada. You know better, and owe these men (and your readers) an apology.

Hahaha! I found this image while looking for something else. This whole time I thought it was only in Toledo, OH that this would happen! My husband and I watched 8 city workers plant one tree last fall. It was just a small tree. The root ball was no bigger then 2 feet wide. They also had three trucks out blocking our street. Five guys stood around the tree taking turns throwing MULCH into the hole while the other three drank coffee and smoked! Sweet job!

I think we can do it with two workes in Haninge. I know a few people involved. And the municipality wanted to buy park photos from me the other day.
